OutfitWard is a wardrobe organiser and AI outfit planner. These terms cover your use of it. By signing up, you're agreeing to them.
You need to be 16 or older. You need to be able to legally agree to terms. One account per person.
You're responsible for keeping your account secure. Use a strong password. Don't share your login. If something looks wrong with your account, email us at [email protected] straight away.
OutfitWard is for wardrobe items — clothes, shoes, accessories, and optionally a clothed full-body photo for the body profile feature.
Please don't upload:
We use automated checks to catch prohibited content. If something you upload is flagged, we may remove it and, depending on what it is, suspend your account.
You own everything you upload. We don't claim any rights over your wardrobe photos. We need a basic licence to store and display them back to you, but we don't use your photos for advertising, we don't sell them, and we don't use them to train AI models. When you delete a photo, it's deleted. When you delete your account, everything goes.
The AI looks at your wardrobe photos and suggests outfits. It tags your clothes by category and colour. It's genuinely useful but not perfect — it might get things wrong, and you should use your own judgement.
OutfitWard has a 7-day free trial (no card required). After that, a subscription costs £8.99/month or £79.99/year. Payments are handled by Stripe. If you want a refund within 14 days of being charged and haven't used the premium features, email us at [email protected] — UK consumer law requires this and we're happy to honour it. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of your billing period.
We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms. We'll tell you why unless we legally can't. We can also change OutfitWard, add features, remove features, or shut it down. We'll give reasonable notice for anything significant.
OutfitWard is provided as-is. We can't guarantee it'll always be available or that the AI suggestions will always be useful. We're not liable for indirect losses or anything outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under UK consumer law.
These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of England and Wales, subject to your statutory consumer rights.
